Having built an Ecommerce group of 500 employees in the past, I could define myself as a seasoned entrepreneur but talking to Bolek about my new start up venture which requires deep understanding of the B2B sales process was super helpful as he gives his view from years of experience building comnpanies like Airhelp and Morizon. As he “has already been there”, it was good to get best practices and advices from very specific and concrete challenges we were facing (building sales pipeline, optimizing it, stakeholder management in the context of a corporate).
