Co-founder and long-standing President of the Gdańsk-based STARTER Business Incubator, offering hundreds of startups global development and access to top-tier mentors, investors. Programs designed by her to develop competencies of senior management have been appreciated and implemented in Microsoft, Intel, Boeing, Kemira, Young Digital Planet, among others. She co-founded TEAL Action Learning Global, where she develops managerial skills of clients from business, cultural and non-governmental environments.

As a SaunaGrow mentor, she helps build motivated, passionate and responsible teams in fast-growing and flexible companies. She supports the development of leaders and teams towards building responsibility and commitment, as well as creating a culture of open communication and inclusive management. 

Privately, she loves travelling and is passionate about mindfulness, of which she is a certified trainer.
